What we agree upon at the start

Terms before production

  • Standard NDA

    A free NDA on request before you send files. We protect your intellectual property with or without an agreement.

    Just write it before sending the models.

  • Deferred payment term

    The first order is prepaid. Regular customers can pay subsequent orders by bank transfer within 14 days of the invoice.

  • VAT invoice and NIP validation

    We validate tax IDs in the form and EU VAT numbers through VIES. EU transactions follow the reverse charge rules.

  • Framework agreement for repeatable series

    We agree prices and delivery schedules in advance. For SLS and SLA, preparation of the same verified model revision is charged at its first run; geometry changes are assessed separately. Several deliveries may share one build when the schedule allows.

SLS: complex geometry and production runs

Powder surrounds the part during printing, so SLS needs no supports. It enables internal channels, complex shapes and assemblies with moving elements. Multiple parts share the build chamber; after printing we remove powder and finish the surfaces.

Minimum order: PLN 299.00 net

New file preparation: PLN 150.00 net, once.

Starting the chamber and processing the build take work even for a small order. For a single small part, the minimum and preparation can account for much of the price. In a production run these amounts are spread over more pieces.

From file to shipment

  • File and requirements

    Use the calculator for an indicative STL or 3MF price. Send STEP, IGES, SLDPRT and IPT for individual review. Include quantities, model revision and part requirements; attach a 2D drawing for tolerances.

  • Binding quotation

    A technologist checks geometry, wall thicknesses and build orientation. We respond within 24 working hours. A binding quote follows review of the file and requirements.

  • Build batch and production

    We schedule the part in the chosen lead-time mode after confirmation. Priority and the dispatch date are agreed individually.

  • Quality control and shipping

    Depowdering, finishing, batch inspection, and shipping. Invoice with a deadline consistent with the agreed terms.

Printing is just the beginning.

After removing the build from the chamber, we remove unsintered powder and clean the part surfaces. Finishing is tailored to the geometry and requirements.

Application examples

  • Food processing

    Guides, feeder stars, grippers, and packaging line equipment.

    We accept components used without contact with the product. Tell us the cleaning agents, temperature and loads so we can assess the application.

  • Furniture and wood industry

    Drilling templates, patterns, assembly fixtures.

    We adapt the geometry to the workstation and part. Compare the cost of your specific batch with having it made by a toolmaker.

  • Yachts and shipbuilding

    Fittings, conduits, handles, interior finishing elements.

    Tell us the installation location, water contact and sun exposure. We assess the material and geometry before quoting the batch.

  • Maintenance

    Spare parts for machines whose manufacturer no longer supports them.

    We assess the worn part, required fits and reconstruction feasibility. Scanning, measurements and printing are quoted for the agreed scope.

Four examples by which it is easiest to recognize your own detail. Whether a part is suitable for sintering is decided by geometry, series size, and how it is to work. If your job is not found here nor on segment list, send us the file or a photo with a ruler.

Second technology · Form 4L

SLA for master patterns, models for painting and covers that allow you to see inside. Resin, part size and finish are selected after reviewing the model.

Nominal build volume: 353 × 196 × 350 mm. Layers from 25 µm depend on the resin and profile. Supports and orientation reduce the space available for a part.

7 groups · 19 resins. We use Precision Model for technical models and masters; we do not produce dental or medical devices or provide those services.

> What we do not make

  • Medical products and parts in contact with tissues. We do not accept such orders. This also applies to dental and medical SLA resins (BioMed, Dental LT, Surgical Guide, Denture): purchasing the resin yourself does not replace certification, which we do not have.
  • Safety components, including load-bearing elements and braking systems.
  • Compliance declarations: we do not certify parts nor declare compliance with food contact requirements.
  • Defense industry. We do not have ISO 9001 or NCAGE code and do not promise them in the first year.

We'd rather say it on the first page than in the third week of discussion. If an order goes beyond this list, we'll tell you straight and, if we can, point out who will do it.
