How much does a part cost and what does the price depend on?
The price depends on part mass, quantity and finish. Upload an STL or 3MF for an indicative estimate. The minimum SLS order for businesses is PLN 299.00 net, with an additional PLN 150.00 net for preparing a new file. A technologist checks the model before confirming the price.
Example prices for three partsHow long does production take?
SLS printing from an approved model takes 5–14 working days, depending on the selected mode. The lead time includes build preparation, printing, cooling and finishing. We confirm it for the specific order; SLA lead time, measurement, modelling or an additional sample are agreed separately.
Terms for businessesIs SLS suitable for a single piece, or only for series?
We accept individual parts and series. An SLS build can combine different orders; the cost is assessed for the model, quantity and finish. Business orders have a minimum order value, and quantity discount tiers start at 100 parts. For larger production, compare the full cost of printing and injection moulding, including tooling and the expected number of parts.
Quote fileHow does SLS differ from a standard 3D printer (FDM)?
FDM lays down plastic extruded through a nozzle; support requirements depend on geometry and orientation. In SLS, powder surrounds the part, so printed supports are not designed. Channels need cleaning access, and moving joints need appropriate clearances. Both processes are layered; strength and surface finish are assessed for the material, design and part orientation.
