SLA layer thickness is a process setting that depends on the resin. It does not define the smallest feature or dimensional accuracy of the finished part; a technologist reviews the geometry and tolerances.

Printing lead time starts when the order is confirmed. Model preparation, priority service and SLA lead time are agreed separately after reviewing the enquiry.

The net rate applies to businesses and the gross rate to private customers. Each group has its own quotation terms.

Without post-processing and shipping. PA11 and TPU 90A are quoted individually. Resins cannot be reduced to a rate per cm³, as the price depends on the part height and how many pieces stand on the platform, so instead of a rate we publish prices for real resin parts →

The threshold applies to the assumed costs. A decision needs a quotation for your tool and moulded part, including trial and acceptance dates. Bridge printing, design changes and inspection are agreed after project review.

Preparing and processing an order require work even for a small quantity. New-file preparation and shipping are not included in this minimum. FDM has no order minimum.

Orientation, geometry checks and process settings. For a repeat run, we verify that the same prepared model is available before waiving setup. Geometry changes are assessed separately. FDM has no setup fee.

business SLS volume tiers, pieces: 100+ / 500+ / 1000+

The SLS volume discount applies to the quantity in the current business order. Previous orders are not added together. The order minimum and part parameters still affect the total. SLA and FDM do not use this discount ladder.
