Privacy policy
Updated:
What data we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and who receives it. In particular, we retain customer model files for 90 days.
Draft pending legal review. The technical details reflect the current website, but the policy still needs legal review and a complete list of service providers before it can be treated as final.
This document explains what data we collect through this website, why we use it and how long we keep it. If anything is unclear, email [email protected] and we will explain it in plain language.
Who controls your data
The data controller is RETROBROKER SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, which operates the fuse3d studio. Address: ul. Sielska 45A, 10-801 Olsztyn. Polish tax identification number (NIP): 7393990456; National Court Register number (KRS): 0001062625; statistical number (REGON): 526634737.
What data we collect
- Model files and documentation uploaded to the quotation tool, including geometry, drawings and specifications. These are not usually personal data, but they may contain a customer's trade secrets, so we treat them as confidential.
- Contact details from quotation forms: email address and, if provided, company name, Polish tax identification number (NIP), telephone number and the description sent to our technologist.
- Technical enquiry data: IP address, used to limit the number of requests rather than for profiling, and the date and time of submission.
We do not request special categories of personal data in our forms. We do not profile visitors or make solely automated decisions. A price shown by the quotation tool is indicative; a person prepares the binding quotation.
Why we process data and our legal basis
- Preparing a quotation and fulfilling an order: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract and performance of a contract.
- Issuing invoices and retaining accounting records: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, compliance with a legal obligation.
- Preventing misuse of forms and keeping the website secure: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interests.
How long we keep files
Customer files are stored on a private volume that is not accessible from the internet. They are scheduled for deletion after 90 days from submission. After that period, the file is unavailable for repeat orders. Expired files are removed when a new enquiry is saved and by the housekeeping process when it is running.
We keep contact details from quotation requests for the duration of our business correspondence. If you place an order, we retain the records required by tax law for the applicable statutory period.
If you want us to delete your files sooner, email us with your enquiry number. We will delete them without asking you to give a reason.
Who receives your data
- The hosting provider that operates the website and the file storage volume.
- The transactional email provider that sends confirmations and quotations.
- The CRM provider used to manage sales enquiries.
- Our accounting firm and payment provider, where needed to settle transactions.
The list of specific providers and data processing agreements is still to be completed once the providers have been finally selected. We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area without a legal basis required by the GDPR.
If you provide a Polish tax identification number (NIP), we check it against the list of VAT taxpayers maintained by the Polish Ministry of Finance. We send only the NIP, not your contact details, to check the name and address for invoicing. The list is public. We do not make this query if you have not provided a NIP.
Your rights
- Access to your personal data and a copy of it.
- Correction of inaccurate personal data.
- Erasure of personal data, subject to legal obligations to retain certain records.
- Restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Data portability, where applicable.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
To exercise these rights, email [email protected].
Browser settings and visit measurement
Your browser remembers the selected theme and your visit measurement choice. These settings are stored locally so they remain available when you reopen the website.
Visit measurement is optional and off by default. If the studio configures a measurement tool, you can allow or disable measurement in the footer settings. Do Not Track, Global Privacy Control and provider opt-outs still disable measurement, even after you grant permission.
Measurement events cover page visits and use of quotation and contact forms. We exclude contact details, form contents, model filenames and page URL parameters from these events. Private quotations and repeat orders are excluded from measurement.
