Replacement parts · reverse engineering
Part not found in any catalog
Part no longer available? We will assess whether the plastic component can be reconstructed.
Send photographs, available dimensions and a description of the function. We will agree the measurements needed and modelling scope.
How it works
Send photos or a part
The form accepts photos, PDFs, drawings, and CAD files. A photo from your phone is enough to get started.
We respond within 24 working hours
Modelling and printing are separate quotation items. Before work, we confirm the measurements needed and dimensions to reconstruct.
Trial fit and series scope
Trial fitting and revision scope are agreed in the quotation. Printing from a ready model: 5–14 business days from order confirmation; measurement and modelling timing is confirmed separately.
How much does waiting cost
The part price is often the smallest item in this invoice. A larger one stands on the side of the machine, which is not working, and you know that number from your workshop. Enter it to see the scale.

Enter your own hourly downtime cost. The comparison assumes 5 working days per week; weekend shifts and public holidays are excluded.
Application examples
7 of 9
- Gears Send the worn gear or a model. We assess the tooth profile, hub and required fit before quoting.
- Classic and youngtimer cars Clips, plugs, guides and knobs for interior repairs.
- Household appliances and home equipment A broken hook or knob can leave otherwise working equipment unused.
- Campers and trailers The sample, guide rail and mount help establish the part geometry.
- Classic motorcycles Part mounting and geometry are established from the sample and mounting location.
- Vintage audio equipment Small plastics for amplifiers, tape recorders, and turntables from the 70s and 80s
- RC, drones and FPV Mounts, dampers, and shields for models, drones, and FPV equipment.
- In preparationBicycles and sports equipmentWheel rim plugs, speedometer mounts, and covers.
- In preparationGarden EquipmentBasket hooks, gear wheels, guides.
We also accept enquiries for categories marked “In preparation”. Send photos and we will assess the options.
What to send instead of a CAD file
Photos with a ruler
From above, the side and the mounting face, with a ruler in view. Mark worn areas; photographs help assess scope, while critical dimensions require measurement.
Critical Dimensions
Hole diameter, screw spacing and thickness, with units and measurement datums. Include a drawing, required clearances or mating part.
Context
Show the installation location. Describe movement, load, temperature and contact with water or oil; explain what cracked or wore out.
The part itself, if you can
It may be worn or broken into pieces. We agree whether the original needs measuring and how to send it after reviewing photographs.
Submitted files are kept privately and remain available for quotation and production for 90 days from the enquiry. After that, they are unavailable for repeat orders and scheduled for deletion. We can sign an NDA before you send files. What happens to your photo next.
3D Scanning · EinScan Rigil
We measure worn parts instead of guessing
Photographs with a ruler help assess scope. Simple dimensions can be measured manually; we consider scanning for free-form surfaces. Wear is recorded as the part's condition; reconstruction dimensions are agreed separately.

- Scan and Mesh, from
- PLN 250.00
Manufacturer's Laser HD data; not a measurement of your part or a printed-part tolerance.
What remains with you
- MeshRecords accessible surfaces in their current condition, including wear. A mesh can be edited, but has no operation history or dimensions from a parametric CAD model.
- Solid modelReconstructs geometry using scans, measurements and available documentation. We agree critical dimensions and assumptions; a parametric model is created where possible.
- Deviation reportComparison with supplied CAD: a deviation map on scanned surfaces and agreed sections. We agree inspection scope and alignment datums before work; unseen areas remain outside measurement.

We match the material to the load and cause of wear: rigid PA12, ductile PA11 or flexible TPU.

PA12 and PA11: samples conditioned for 7 days at 50% relative humidity and 23 °C, per manufacturer datasheets. The TPU 90A datasheet does not state the same conditioning protocol. Results depend on geometry, orientation, temperature and humidity; they describe test specimens, not guaranteed part properties.
HDT is the temperature at which a test specimen reaches a specified deflection, not a part's allowable continuous service temperature. 0.45 MPa and 1.8 MPa are two test stresses; the lower value does not mean no load. For material selection, tell us the temperature, exposure time, load and mounting method.
PA11 and TPU are quoted individually after confirming availability and production conditions.
