The TDS reports mass gain after 24 h in specified media. It is a starting point for material assessment; detergent, temperature and loading in a washing machine or dishwasher need separate checking.

We measure worn parts instead of guessing
Photographs with a ruler help assess scope. Simple dimensions can be measured manually; we consider scanning for free-form surfaces. Wear is recorded as the part's condition; reconstruction dimensions are agreed separately.

What remains with you
- MeshRecords accessible surfaces in their current condition, including wear. A mesh can be edited, but has no operation history or dimensions from a parametric CAD model.
- Solid modelReconstructs geometry using scans, measurements and available documentation. We agree critical dimensions and assumptions; a parametric model is created where possible.
- Deviation reportComparison with supplied CAD: a deviation map on scanned surfaces and agreed sections. We agree inspection scope and alignment datums before work; unseen areas remain outside measurement.

Send the worn part or ruler photos and show the mounting location. We will assess whether reconstruction is possible and identify missing dimensions. Measurement and modelling scope are confirmed in the quotation.
Will the drive gear hold up?
For a plastic original, we assess a polyamide replacement against the load and mating parts. SLS sinters powder; it does not print metal. A trial part checks fit before regular use.
The part works in hot water. Is that possible?
HDT 87 °C at 1.8 MPa is a test result, not approval for dishwasher use. We need cycle temperature and duration, detergent and load. We decline loaded parts used in hot cycles.
Can the part come into contact with food?
Not from our material. We do not have powder approved for food contact and do not declare compliance.
How much does one piece cost?
There is no automatic price per piece for individuals, so a human quotes based on photos within 24 business hours.
