REPLACEMENT PARTSCampers
Sliders and catches for campers and caravans
The sample, guide rail and mount help establish the part geometry.

PA11 specimen water absorption (ASTM D570); PA12: 0.66%
Why SLS for this part
Specimen results help select a material. Water absorption percentage does not establish slider dimensional change or winter guide-rail performance. Clearances, moisture, temperature and load require checking in your installation.
PA11 Material Data SheetWhat this process cannot do here
No fine print
- We do not manufacture anything from gas installations: fittings, bottle holders, or burner components.
- We do not produce trailer braking or overrun-system parts. These remain outside our offer.
- We do not produce load-bearing bodywork components or fasteners that carry loads during driving.
- We do not reproduce logos or manufacturer markings, only the geometry that makes the part function.
- We do not declare UV resistance. An element permanently exposed to sunlight should first be tested on a single unit.
- We do not issue vehicle homologation documents.
How your project moves forward
- Sample and guide railSend photos with a ruler and the part sample. Show the guide rail and mount.
- Reply within 24 business hoursWe check whether reconstruction is possible and quote geometry and printing separately.
- Model and fit checkModel and trial-part scope are confirmed in the quote. Check it in your installation.
- Selected quantityAfter the fit check, confirm geometry and quantity for further printing.
What the quotation covers
Private customers have no minimum order or automatic price. The ranges below cover geometry reconstruction. Printing is quoted separately after we review the part and quantity.

3D Scanning · EinScan Rigil
We measure worn parts instead of guessing
Photographs with a ruler help assess scope. Simple dimensions can be measured manually; we consider scanning for free-form surfaces. Wear is recorded as the part's condition; reconstruction dimensions are agreed separately.

- PLN 250.00
Manufacturer's Laser HD data; not a measurement of your part or a printed-part tolerance.
What remains with you
- MeshRecords accessible surfaces in their current condition, including wear. A mesh can be edited, but has no operation history or dimensions from a parametric CAD model.
- Solid modelReconstructs geometry using scans, measurements and available documentation. We agree critical dimensions and assumptions; a parametric model is created where possible.
- Deviation reportComparison with supplied CAD: a deviation map on scanned surfaces and agreed sections. We agree inspection scope and alignment datums before work; unseen areas remain outside measurement.
What to prepare for a quote
Sample and guide rail
Photos of both sides of the part, mount and guide rail with a ruler. Include a drawing or intact sample; mark wear, datums, units and mating surfaces.
Travel and conditions
Travel, required clearances, flex and load. State moisture, sunlight, temperature at the part and how you will check fit in the installation.
Scope and quantity
Variants, quantity and date. PA11 is quoted individually; modelling, trial-part and adjustment scope are confirmed before work.
Send what you have. We will clarify the remaining details when reviewing your enquiry.
How to order
I need a model
Attach photos with a ruler or a drawing. Describe the application; model preparation is quoted separately.
Send photos and a descriptionI have a 3D model
Upload your model and choose the parameters. SLS and FDM prices are indicative; an engineer quotes SLA.
Quote the part from a modelFrequently asked questions
I only have a broken piece. Is that sufficient?
Send fragments, guide-rail photos and an intact sample if available. Symmetry may help reconstruct shape, but dimensions and mounting need checking. We agree required measurements and modelling cost before work.
How much does it cost for a single unit?
We quote modelling and printing separately. The ranges on this page cover geometry reconstruction. A single-part price depends on material, measurements and finish; PA11 requires an individual quote.
Is it allowed to copy a part from the manufacturer?
Reproduction depends on rights in the part. The repair clause concerns certain design rights; it is not a general licence to copy and does not override patents. We do not reproduce logos. We clarify unclear rights before work starts.
How long does it take?
We reply within 24 business hours. Measurement and modelling timing follows sample assessment. Indicative printing time is 5–14 business days; the appropriate build and fit check are confirmed in the quote.
Does lower PA11 water absorption guarantee fit?
ASTM D570 specimen water absorption does not measure dimensional change of your slider. Send guide-rail dimensions, required clearances, travel and operating conditions. Material selection and fit check are confirmed for the part.
How do we establish the shape of a worn slider?
A scan or measurement also records wear. Target surfaces are established from the guide rail, an intact sample or a drawing. Mark friction points and measurement datums; after trial fit, confirm geometry for further printing.
