What powder sintering offers
The result covers an immersed 1 × 1 × 1 cm cube, not a finished holder. It does not confirm hygiene, leak-tightness or cleaning-cycle resistance. State agent, concentration, temperature and contact duration; food-contact parts remain outside scope.

No fine print
- We do not have food-contact approved powder: neither PA12 White, nor Food Blue, nor the metal detector detectable version.
- Compliance with EC 1935/2004 covers both the raw material and the entire production process. We do not declare it.
- We do not issue compliance declarations or documentation for HACCP audits.
- PA12 specimen HDT of 87 °C at 1.8 MPa does not establish continuous service temperature. Loaded parts in tunnel washers remain outside scope.
- We do not have ISO 9001 and do not claim to have it.

What the quotation covers
A complete set of templates is quoted as one order. Preparation of a new file: PLN 150.00 net. This fee is spread over the quantity; SLS quantity discounts start at 100 parts.

What to prepare for a quote
Position and geometry
Workstation photos, model or drawing, units and function. Mark datums, mounting and fits. We do not accept food-contact parts.
Cleaning and loads
Agent name, concentration, temperature, duration and cleaning frequency. State forces, motion and oil/water exposure; specimen data do not establish finished-part hygiene.
Trial and quantities
Quantities, date and inspection criteria after mounting and cleaning. Describe required documentation. Model, trial and adjustment scope are confirmed before work.

Can a part touch the product?
Not from our material. If any permitted powder enters the offer, we will note it here along with the card number. Until then, the answer is 'no'.
Will the part withstand chemical cleaning?
The TDS describes cube mass gain after 24 h immersion. It is not a repeated-cleaning, pressure or finished-holder disinfection trial. State agent, concentration, temperature, duration and cleaning frequency; assessment and trial scope are agreed.
Can you reproduce a part for a twenty-year-old machine?
Send a sample or ruler photos of the mount, machine identification and mating parts. A scan also records wear; target fits are established from measurements or documentation. Model, print and trial-fit scope are quoted separately.
How quickly during downtime?
Standard mode is 5–10 business days from order confirmation with a ready model. Priority availability and terms are reviewed individually. Measurement and modelling have a separate schedule.
Coloring by zone colors?
Possible from 20 parts with an individual quote and shade agreed on a sample. Dyeing does not establish cleaning resistance or replace marking required by procedure.
What do we check before ordering the set?
Position outside food contact, mounting, clearances and loads. Identify cleaning and assessment criteria after a workstation trial. Inspection and adjustment scope are confirmed before work; we do not provide food-contact approval documentation.
