What powder sintering offers
The manufacturer immersed a printed 1 × 1 × 1 cm cube; isooctane gain is below 0.1%. Mass gain does not establish dimensional change or part service life. State medium, concentration, temperature and contact duration.

No fine print
- We do not accept safety-critical components.
- We decline loaded parts above 87 °C. PA12 HDT at 1.8 MPa describes a specimen, not an allowable service temperature; below this limit we also assess forces and exposure duration.
- We do not have powder approved for food contact.
- Envelope used for SLS assessment: 159.8 × 159.8 × 295.5 mm. Printing in one piece, splitting or SLA selection are confirmed from the model and requirements.
- We cannot replace a high-torque load-bearing component with polyamide.

What the quotation covers
The indicative price includes model volume, material and finishing. SLS B2B minimum: PLN 299.00 net; preparation of a new file: PLN 150.00 net. The calculator shows the full unit price for the selected series.

What to prepare for a quote
Sample and wear locations
Machine model, sample or ruler photos and mounting location. Include a drawing and mating part; mark wear, datums, units and required clearances.
Function and exposure
Motion, forces, friction and load direction. State temperature at the part, medium, concentration and contact duration; specimen immersion does not establish service life.
Fit check and date
Quantities, date and machine inspection method. Identify dimensions available for measurement. Modelling, trial and adjustment scope are confirmed in the quote.

I don't have a drawing or model. What's next?
Send ruler photos, damage description and mounting location. We establish the required measurements, possible scanning, datums and fits. Modelling, printing and trial-fit scope are confirmed in the quote.
Will it last as long as the original injection molding part?
Service life depends on geometry, load and print orientation. TDS figures describe test specimens, not the working life of your part. We check fit on a trial piece before regular use.
How do we agree timing during machine downtime?
With a ready model, standard mode is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. State the required date; priority availability is confirmed individually. Measurements and modelling have a separate agreed schedule.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send files. File access expires 90 days after the enquiry. Expired files are removed during housekeeping.
Do you make metal parts?
No. If a part must be made of metal, we will inform you instead of suggesting a substitute.
Do immersion results establish part fit?
Cube mass gain in the test is not a guide dimensional-change or loaded-part measurement. Identify clearances, friction, medium and contact duration; fit assessment and trial scope are agreed for the part.
