SLS: complex geometry and production runs

Powder surrounds the part during printing, so SLS needs no supports. It enables internal channels, complex shapes and assemblies with moving elements. Multiple parts share the build chamber; after printing we remove powder and finish the surfaces.

Minimum order: PLN 299.00 net

New file preparation: PLN 150.00 net, once.

Starting the chamber and processing the build take work even for a small order. For a single small part, the minimum and preparation can account for much of the price. In a production run these amounts are spread over more pieces.

SLS · powder sintering

A technician quotes file formats other than STL and 3MF, parts requiring deep dyeing, and special tolerances. We reply within 24 working hours; you do not need to convert the file. Limit values for SLS : minimum wall thickness, hole, assembly clearance and overall dimensions.
